Celebrating Jules Verne’s Mikhail Strogoff in Sydney

We have just held two wonderful celebratory events for Jules Verne’s Mikhail Strogoff in Sydney: the official launch on Wednesday April 13 at the Alliance Francaise headquarters in Sydney, with the launch honours done by Monsieur Nicolas Croizer, Consul-General of France in Sydney, and a second celebration on Thursday April 14, at Berkelouw’s Books in Leichhardt where bookseller Sarah Foster gave everyone a warm welcome. At both events there was a big, animated, interested audience, fantastic presentations by Stephanie and David, and a real buzz of excitement as people queued up to buy this beautiful book! We are delighted that Mikhail is now well and truly launched on his re-entry into the English-language reading world!

Thank you to everyone who has made this a possibility. Your generosity, support, encouragement and excitement have made it all doubly worthwhile.
